Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Free on orders over £50, otherwise £4.99

Express Shipping (2-3 business days): £9.99

Next Day Delivery (order before 2pm): £14.99

 

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination (7-14 business days). Import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way.

 

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us at pal1blue@gmail.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
